Prairie Dawn (Sesame Street)

According to Muppet Wiki, "Prairie Dawn is a mature, level-headed seven-year-old Muppet girl on Sesame Street. She is famous for writing and directing school pageants featuring her friends, mostly Ernie, Bert, Herry Monster, Grover and Cookie Monster. She often aspires to work in broadcasting or journalism. In 2004-2007, she also appeared with Cookie Monster during some of his Letter Of the Day segments. She is made from a Hot Pink Anything Muppet pattern."
