Rizzo the Rat (The Muppets)

According to Muppet Wiki, "Rizzo was created by his performer Steve Whitmire after he took a fascination to a bunch of old rat puppets made from bottles by Muppet builder Don Sahlin for The Muppet Musicians of Bremen. He first appeared on the fourth season of The Muppet Show as one of a group of rats. He had a larger supporting part in the 1984 feature film The Muppets Take Manhattan as a rat waiter of Pete's Luncheonette Restaurant. He was often paired with Gonzo on The Muppet Christmas Carol, Muppet Treasure Island, Muppets From Space and Muppets Tonight. He was named after Ratso Rizzo, a character from Midnight Cowboy, protrayed by Dustin Hoffman."
