Muppet Reviews

According to Muppet Wiki, "The Electric Mayhem is the house band on The Muppet Show. They stick to rock and jazz music.  The band consists of Dr. Teeth on keyboard and vocals, Floyd Pepper on bass guitar and vocals, Zoot on saxophone and Janice on lead guitar, tambourine and vocals.
Dr. Teeth is the leader of the band.  He is green-skinned and red-haired with a large grinning mouth of teeth.  He wears a scruffy beard, a fur vest, a striped shirt and a floppy purple top hat.
Floyd Pepper's hip sarcasm is often directed at other Muppet regulars, like Miss Piggy.  He is frequently paired with Janice.  He is also Animal's keeper and he pulls on Animal's chain.
According to his performer Dave Goelz, Zoot is just a fifty-year-old, balding, blue-haired sax player.  One of his greatest trademarks is blowing small notes of music.  He is famous for blowing the final note of The Muppet Show's closing theme.
Janice has a very close relationship with Floyd Pepper.  Her familiar Valley Girl voice and attitiude were developed by her performer, Richard Hunt.  She also portrays Nurse Janice in Veterinarian's Hospital sketches."
