Fozzie Bear (The Muppets)

According to Muppet Wiki, "Fozzie is The Muppet Show's resident comedian. He is an orange, fuzzy Muppet bear wearing a brown hat and a white and pink polka-dotted necktie who tells bad jokes, usually punctuated with his catchphrase, "Wocka wocka wocka!" His monologues consists of him telling simple setup/punchline jokes and performing gimmicks such as ventriloquism or telling jokes on roller-skates, while being heckled by Statler and Waldorf. He also appeared in the recurring Muppet Show sketch Bear on Patrol."
