According to Muppet Wiki, "Guy Smiley is, by his own account,
America's Favorite Game Show Host. On Sesame Street, he has hosted recurring game shows such as "Beat the Time", "Here is
Your Life" and "What's My Part." Also, one-shot game shows such as "The Triangle Is Right", "The Addition Game" and "This
is Your Lunch." In a game show called "Pick Your Pet" (from Season 1 (1969-70)), he was named Sonny Friendly (which
later became the name of a different Sesame Street game show host). He was first named Guy Smiley in "The Mr. and Mrs. Game",
also from Season 1. Guy also demonstrated plenty of singing talent. Some performances include "Air", "They Can't Take
That Away From Me" (with Cookie Monster), and "I'll Love You in Springtime", with a low singing voice similar to Link Hogthrob's.
Guy also appeared as a host on non-game show sketches, including "The Weather Show", "The Letter of the Day Pageant" and "On
Vacation with Guy Smiley." Sometimes, he didn't sing or host a show. One time, he took his entire studio audience out for
lunch. He is made from an Orange Gold Anything Muppet."
